PLANS FOR 2009/2010
As you can see, we have achieved a lot in 2008 and 2009. This would not have been possible without your great help and support, for which I and everyone I am working with in Zambia want to thank you so much! But still, there is so much more work for us to do. Our plans for 2009 and 2010 include the following:
Kaindu basic school
Building seven teachers' homes for the Big Concession School
The construction of a well with pump, to provide the Big Concession School with clean water
Having the scotscarts (which are being pulled by cows) repaired for the community at the school in Kaindu and the Big Concession School. These will be repaired locally
Supporting the fishermen in the Mushingashi area to realise other income. Catching fish is hardly possible anymore
Supporting the clinic in the Mushingashi area by building a home, which will enable the clinic to attract certified nurses
Renovation of Mr. Kalaluka's home. Mr. Kalaluka dedicates his time and effort to the poor civilization day and night
Of course, next to the dedication and hard work of many people in the Netherlands and in Zambia, we need money to achieve these goals.
Help ZAP realising these projects!!
