ZAP has obtained the ANBI status which, by Dutch law, enables sponsors and supporters to subtract their donations for tax purposes.

One-time donations or periodical gifts
You can support Zambia Allocation Program Foundation (ZAP) occasionally or periodically. Whatever form you choose, every gift is tax deductible. The Dutch tax authority considers ZAP an ANBI (General). This makes the tax deductibility for you optimally. ZAP is exempt from gift tax and inheritance tax. As of 2012, donations to ZAP increased by the arrival of the Geefwet be deducted for income tax.

When you want to do a one-time donation to ZAP , you may deduct this donation on your tax year, income. Here a ceiling of 10% of the combined income.
